This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Zone Corp, doing business as CatchSera ("CatchSera", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — when you fill out a form or contact us: your name, business name, email, phone number, business type, and any message.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Service data — for business customers, our service captures inbound call details (caller name, number, reason for calling, transcripts, and summaries) on your behalf.
- Technical data — basic, privacy-preserving information such as device/browser type and pages viewed.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve the service.
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule demos.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send service-related communications.
- To meet legal and security obligations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it to train third-party AI models. We share data only with service providers who help us run the service, under contract, including:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Hosting & cloud infrastructure — to run the website and store data on HIPAA-eligible, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure in the United States.
- Google — appointment scheduling, if you book a demo.
- Telephony & messaging providers — to deliver calls and texts.
4. Data we process for our business customers
When you are a CatchSera business customer, caller information we capture is processed on your behalf and is governed by your Business Subscription Agreement and our Data Processing Agreement. If you handle protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available on our Healthcare plan.
5. Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies and local storage needed for the site to function. We do not run cross-site advertising trackers.
6. Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled, and audit-logged.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email contact@catchsera.com.
8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
